Feasibility Analysis

As you can imagine, performing these types of studies requires extensive coordination, which we have in place. We can assist GBE and these customers with the tools necessary to demonstrate the value of suggested projects, and/or help them with the economic tools necessary to sell them to their customer’s management team on an economic level. We can set the above programs in place on behalf of any of the disciplines for which we serve and the bulk of the products for which you currently sell.
We have the knowledge and practical experience to perform detailed economic analyses of projects in many areas emphasizing resource management. These include projects on energy efficiency improvement, decisions to purchase process improvement equipment, and whether to make major changes in facility infrastructure. Typical analyses will include the development of cash flows associated with specific projects, and the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV) and Rate of Return on Investment (ROI) for the alternatives considered. The final recommendation will include an assessment of risk using quantitative tools such as Scenario and Monte Carlo Analysis.
This should enable the client to be involved with the selection and/or specification portion of the process and not require any outside involvement at the time of specification. The end result will be a higher margin on sales at the customers who are having difficulty within the maintenance arena.
